I connected the keyboard again and the volume worked, but again I got a prompt for an update (as the keyboard was not in Synapse). Uninstalled again everything, repeating steps 1-3. So, the problem is not with the RazerSynapseInstaller_V1.0.87.116 which I used, but with the update later when I connect the keyboard. Ran the update, installed and it also connected to the cloud for my profile. Everything worked fine, the slider worked, but I got the notification that there is an update, as it now recognized my keyboard. Installed Synapse again, WITHOUT having the keyboard connected.Ĭonnected the keyboard. This includes remaining files, registry entries etc. I don't know if any of these had any impact but I'll explain it step by step:įully uninstalled Synapse and all Razer software using Revo Uninstaller.
